Six focused programs that meet children's basic needs — from a warm meal to a full scholarship.

School Feeding Program
- KiMAP supports school feeding programs in multiple schools, ensuring that children from disadvantaged backgrounds receive nutritious meals.
- The program improves attendance, concentration and academic performance across our partner schools.
- Beneficiary schools include Kanjeru Primary, Senior Chief Mutunkei Primary, Waitua Primary and St. Anne's — with meals ranging from a whole-meal breakfast to balanced lunch options.

Scholarship Program
- KiMAP offers scholarships to bright but needy students to help them access quality education.
- 66 pupils who scored 300 marks and above in their KCPE exams have received support.
- Support includes tuition fees, school supplies and ongoing mentorship for each beneficiary.

Infrastructure Development
- Ablution block construction at Senior Chief Mutunkei Primary School.
- A new classroom block at Waitua Primary School for Junior Secondary School students.
- Curtains and beds for the Russ Playford special needs block at Kanjeru Primary School.

Mentorship & Career Guidance
- Mentorship sessions for scholarship beneficiaries and other students.
- Tracks academic progress with targeted interventions and personal development support.
- Guides students toward informed career and life choices.

Water Supply Program
- Serves Senior Chief Mutunkei Primary and St. Anne's Primary Schools twice monthly.
- Ensures that students and staff have access to safe drinking water.
- KiMAP has delivered storage water tanks to St. Anne's to secure a reliable supply.

Special Needs Support
- Equipped the special needs block at Kanjeru Primary with dormitory improvements.
- Focuses on inclusivity for children with disabilities.
- Improvements include new classroom resources and a more comfortable learning environment.
